Goldfields Railway Inc are looking for an Operations Manager with the following attributes and experience.

Experience in Personnel Management and Business Management. Should have experience in any appropriate commercial activity, or have engineering/heavy machinery/commercial experience. If practicable, have a suitable Tertiary Qualification, but not compulsory.

You would need to be a self-starter and able to work without supervision. Be efficient and flexible, able to multitask, use their initiative and works well in a team environment. Has high quality work standards and good communication skills. You will need to practice safe Health and Safety Practices and possess good computer skills.

A knowledge of the railway industry is an advantage.

Hours of work and remuneration will be discussed at the interview.
